Section 385
Period Of House Rent
(1) The period of house rent shall be as set
forth in the agreement, not exceeding five years.
Provided that if a house is rented for a commercial purpose, it
shall be as set forth in the agreement.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1),
after the expiration of the period of house rent, the period may be
extended at times with the consent of the house owner and the
tenant.
